The will to make a return of the purchased jewel
must be communicated by 30 (thirty) days from the delivery date
The request has to be sent from the personal account and in particular from the “order history and details” section, where it is also possible to write the reason for the return.
Once we receive that request, we will send an email to the customer with the authorization and the return code, including the instruction to resend us the article.
The customer has to ship the jewel back to us carefully packed within 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of our return confirmation at his own expenses, writing the Return confirmation number sent by Gioielli di Valenza on the parcel.

As an alternative, you can leave the jewel in one of our stores.
In this case we ask you to send an email to [email protected] with the name of the shop in which you want to leave the jewel, after submitting the request from your personal account (instructions above).
Methods and deadlines for the refund
Pursuant to Article 56 of the D. Lgs. 206/05, Gioielli di Valenza will pay the jewel back once it has received the product intact and undamaged within 14 (Fourteen) days. Shipping costs are not included in the refund.
The refund will be made on the payment method used for the purchase.
Customized Products
Pursuant to Article 55(2)(c) of the Consumer Code, customized or tailor-made products could not be returned and therefore reimbursed.
Terms for the return
- The jewels must not have been used or customized.
- The products must not show signs of wear, abrasions or scratches.
- The card must be intact and not separated from the product.
- The quality certificate must be in the packaging.
