How to make a return

In order to make the return, there must be the following conditions:

The products must not have been used and modified.

The conditions must not show signs of wear, abrasions and scratches.

The accompanying card must be intact and not separate from the object.

The product must be accompanied by the attached guarantee.

In any case, the gift box will not be refunded.

The Return must be created directly from the account indicating the reasons, you will be contacted by the assistance for authorization, otherwise if more convenient you can deliver the item to one of our stores by telling us which one.

I have to book the collection from the courier

To inform us on the working day on which you prefer the courier to collect your return, you must contact us by writing an e-mail to shop@gioiellidivalenza.com indicating the order number, name and surname. The staff will call you back to agree on how to return.

What are the costs of making a return?

The costs for making a return are charged to the customer if he will return the product directly, if instead the customer himself requests the collection by the courier, the return will be deducted 8 euros.
