Can I cancel an order?

Log into your account on and check the current order status in the “Order history and details” section.

If the order has not been shipped yet, you can contact us on +39 0131-530255 or write an email to [email protected] asking to cancel your order.

Can I change an order?

You can modify your order only if it has not been shipped yet. 

After checking the order status in your personal account, you should contact our customer care by calling +39 0131-530255 or by writing an email to [email protected]

Please notice that any change in your order will cause a possible delivery delay of about 24/48 hours.

If the order was already shipped, it is no longer possible to modify it.

Can I add or remove items from my shopping cart?

If you want to add something to the cart, you have just to go to the product page of the jewel you would like to buy and click on “Add to cart”. 

If you would like to remove an item from your cart, you just have to click on the trash icon that you find in the checkout process and that you can find also in the cart preview, clicking on “Cart” next to your username.

What information do I get by email?

You will get the following information by email.

  • YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED: your order has been delivered at the address written on your order.
